Ron King is one of our founding partners. He and Bill met at Benton Junior High School over 60 years ago and have been good friends ever since. Ron owned Refurbished Office Panels prior to retirement. Seventeen years ago he founded Recycle Bikes for Kids and more recently has been the manager of the Conway Cycling Project. His vision for both programs has been to get kids and adults on bikes. This new project with Bill is aimed at providing organizations with the cycling resources to help their clients with transportation.
Bill Killian is one of the founding partners. He and Ron have been friends since Junior High school thanks to the alphabet (Killian and King – they couldn’t help but meet). Bill spent most of his professional career in the transportation industry in the sales and customer service side of that business. He is also a musician and has enjoyed playing in various bands over the years as well as currently playing on the Worship Team at his church on a regular basis. His close friendship with Ron remained as strong over all of those years as it is today, and he was always willing to work as a volunteer or help deliver bicycles whenever extra hands or trailers were needed. Teaming with Ron for their RnB Bike Project just seemed like the natural way to continue to build that friendship and help others along the way.
